Why Barnfit ?
We set out to make an inviting workout environment in which people can come to improve their fitness, skills and achieve their goals.
Our sessions combine both strength and conditioning through a mixed modal approach that includes traditional exercises, oversized tyres, ropes, sleds, strongman exercises and ergs.
The programs are designed and tailored to help individual’s of all fitness backgrounds from the occasional gym-goer to the local footballer/netballer and beyond.
